He instructed me to check if these numbers are same with the first few numbers in my simcard which is written in the front of my sim card, if same, "call be back" he said. That time I knew that all STC sim cars starts with that number.

I had contacted Bank of America 3 times and sent an affidavit with proof that these STC SAWA RECHARGE charges are fraudulent and unauthorized. The charges on my card have still not been reversed as of this writing.
