Reported matter to Action Fraud who recorded incident as a fraud (and I understand are still investigating). When I phoned SB7 Mobile and offered my name and address so matter could be resolved in Court they very rudely declined stating that 'if you don't pay EE they will cut your phone off and it will affect your credit score.

So I have changed a few words. Since writing the original of this review, I reported SB7 to the PSA (The Phone-paid Services Authority) who investigated into SB7's services, in an email to myself, the PSA said 'SB7 Mobile Ltd agreed to an action plan to adjust the targeting of their advertising on YouTube.
