sir i open a /c in sbi gunpur,rayagada,orissa branch on 04.07.2007 and also apply for an atm on that same day.the atm card came on 28th of the same month.but in that atm card the a/c number will be changed.i will inform to the bank and the bank said to apply for a new atm card.on 06.08.2007 i apply for a new atm card.till now no card is coming.

Sbbj pokaran branch in jaisalmer district (Rajasthan) has the worst customer satisfaction. Even a for a small work like withdrawal or depositing money takes three four hours as there are long ques. The bank employees deliberately delays the work. They take 1 hour lunch break instead of 40 minutes.

the SBBJ (SBI) officials at adb rajsamandh branch are vrey rude they first didnt open my account for 15 days and when they did it they didnt provided the passbook and cheque book and after a year when i got the passbook i applied for ATM card but i am waiting since two months two months i think they have not submitted my ATM application form
