I used to hold an SBI card in 2006-07 & My SBI credit card no. was 4317575184733807, After receiving the credit card, I also got a Courier which contained the health insurance kit (Vendor - Royal Sundaram) who are their insurance partners. As I was recently joined to new company I thought it had been sent by my employer only.
