Not redeeming themselves! After my last review I got the typical sorry message asking me to get in tough with details which I did. I then got a response saying one of the complaints team would be in touch within 24 hours and later that day I got a voicemail asking me to phone, mmm maybe they’re not as bad as all the reviews say, thought I would give them the benefit of the doubt.

Disgraceful and immoral service. Disgraceful and immoral service. Originally attempted to have a monthly fixed bill for gas and electricity provided by Scottish power who couldn't provide the correct set up therefore ended up having emergency prepayment boxes installed at my property after being left without gas and electricity for 18hrs.
