The WiFi, which Scotrail advertises as a perk for customers, does not work. This is 2019 and they seem to have something that works as fast as a dial-up connection from 25 years ago. If it even works, that is. 3. Trains are too hot.

Scotrail need to address this before there is an accident or a fight breaks out on these over crowded trains, also your staff and driver are left dealing with really angry customers. People who went at a reasonable time for a train were left for two hours wondering how they were going to get home.

Scotrail staff are rude and… Scotrail staff are rude and condescending. Trains are unreliable, many are delayed and/or cancelled. Many staff on board the train are accommodating and have time to answer your questions but gate line staff are horrible (particularly glasgow central).
