Once again Scottish Power are no help whatsoever and redirect me to their very time consuming chat service - all I want to do is email over the proof of tenant change over - but their emails do not accept a large file like most emails do - Scottish power continuously hounding us for money that we or our new tenants do not owe - DISGUSTING !

Hi, I was wondering if anyone else has found the Scottish Power Boiler Cover to be appalling. I had a boiler service contract with them so when my boiler started leaking slightly I called them about it. An engineer came out and I was told that the "diverter valve" in my boiler needed to be replaced and that they would order and fit a new one.

The only way to reach Scottish Power is via telephone, not email. Each time we call, we are made to wait at least 30 minutes before our calls are picked up. On two occasions, Scottish Power's customer service staff terminated our calls suddenly and did not call us back to continue our discussion.

Terrible service, stressful and life affecting. I have had such terrible service from Scottish Power. We moved into a rented property at the beginning of December, the property is a 2 bed and has a pay as you go meter, no debt shows on the meter, however, it is using over £10 a day, which is utterly ridiculous since we are barely home!
