Guy at scs customer services about 6 days ago told me i would get a call from someone about sofa faults. Sofa was delivered 3 weeks ago. Ive emailed several times trying to get an answer! So question, he mentioned a 30 day cooling off period but i cant see this in writing anywhere.

Returning customer. We decided after 14 years our old suite also purchased from scs needed replacing. We visited the Bradford, Foster Square branch. A massive thank you to Amir for all your help and valuable advice you were so VERY patient with us, Amir spent around 2 hrs with us before we decided on our purchase. It arrived this morning!!

The customer service staff are friendly and try to be helpful but their hands are tied. Those with any authority are useless at resolving issues or getting back to you. 11 weeks down the line and I’m totally without carpet and £3800 out of pocket - I rue the day I walked in to SCS in Croydon.

And it wasn’t, they also promised me a call back from a manager over a week ago, 1 week later no phone call!!! I get the impression, once SCS have your money the customer doesn’t matter!!! There is no aftercare, no complaints procedure, no manager to speak to. I advise anyone who is considering to buy anything from this company think twice!!!!

Jan 04, 2012 · In the customer comments section I wrote down that I was rejecting the sofa based on what the upholsterer said to me and signed it. I then made a photocopy of the form so I had a record of what the upholsterer said in case SCS tried to make stuff up. I got my refund!!!! :j (eventually)

Some employees at Nevro who think they’re at the top of the totem pole in their positions think they’re better than everyone else, especially towards customer service. A lot of pretentious attitudes.
