In my view SCS don't give a damn about their customers once they have paid. The store staff are incompetent, the carpet manager is rude and the store manager just doesn't care. The carpet fitter is a law unto himself doing just as he pleases and taking no responsibility. SCS head office is probably the worst offender in all of this.
