Don't order from SCS. Ordered our sofas in the Preston store in October. Took out the all singing all dancing insurance whereby damages, spillages etc would be repaired. Sofas were delivered in November. When we unwrapped the sofas one had a rip in the front bottom corner.

ScS “After do not care team” are a joke! So this is the response from them to ADR one of the issues we have with this is we were never asked if we wanted firm foam as if we did then we wouldn’t have picked this suite as over 4K you would except good quality foam and leather they haven’t even answered all the questions just put NO!

ScS is Best. Delivery of my sofas went great, on time when they said they would and Driver Manni-183 and Crew Shaun-185 were great pleasant and put my sofas exactly where I wanted them, and even cleaned up after themselves. Sofas were in great condition.

The two gentlemen were extremely efficient and friendly. From arriving, fitting the legs, placing the sofas where we required to leaving, including taking all packaging material with them, they were non-stop and in total took a lot less than half an hour. Very impressed with the delivery (as well as the sofas).

Purchased 2 sofas today from scs in uddingston.this is 2nd time I have purchased from this store and have no complaints about quality or service. Sales assistant Derek was very helpful and friendly listened to what you wanted and was not pushy ,this is a big plus when I am shopping as I walk out of stores with pushy sales people .
