Windows and doors were fitted in January. I'm happy for anyone to come round and look at the "quality" of the product, if it helps you make the right decision to look elsewhere. I'm really gutted because SEHBAC did have a good name but they've changed suppliers (based on information from their employees) and they definitely have quality problems.

SEHBAC came up I never heard of them before so I read the reviews and was amazed. I recently had 2 upvc doors fitted and would not use that company again even if they were free! I rang up for a quote, nice man came around and measured up. Then nice installation man came around. He took a sample of what we now know to be asbestos.4.3/5(87)

Yes SEHBAC have now offered to pay the cost of the electrical and plastering work but only after I asked. I have yet to agree fitting dates for the remedial work almost a month after agreeing the way forward. SEHBAC Customer Service has been incredibly slow dealing with This issue. UPDATE (3 Jan 2020): 2 Roof vents due to be fitted today.

SEHBAC sent a fitter on several occasions and David the fitter was very good. But very little can be done to a an installation that was bad from the outset. SEHBAC offered £130 compensation. Initially, the start date for the plastering was not communicated, so needed to contact SEHBAC to get this. There has been one instance of the work being delayed due to a broken down van - which is fine (unavoidable).
