Rang selfridges customer service two weeks ago and they said if it hadn’t arrived by the Friday then he would get a full refund and the bag when it actually arrived. Despite various emails back and forth over the past week, customer relations is still refusing to accept the return. There are too many reviews showing that lots of customers have had this experience with Selfridges so i will NEVER shop with them again and would advise others to avoid them like the plague.

I checked their online terms and conditions and this is now mentioned. I emailed Miss Selfridge customer service and quoted Consumer Contracts Regulation 2014 in which I am entitled to the refund of the standard delivery charge I had an email back today stating 'we do not refund the delivery charge unless it is a late delivery'.
