As a Landlord, I rented my property out through Allen and Harris estate agent in Cardiff. Sequence homes were then managing the lettings side. I agree to all comments and review's on here, they are completely incompetent, especially their maintenance department. It's true that the email address for their complaints department blocks all emails.

As part of their lettings “management” (hahaha!!!) terms, they are obliged to tell the landlord of any complaints. I am a friend of the landlord but I’ve tried not to bother him about his house...as he’s paying Sequence to do it on his behalf. My chickens could do a better job!
