I worked at Servisair full-time for more than 3 years Pros The good things are the roster, when you get established as a dispatcher you can be put on a 4 on 4 off pattern which is only working half of the year, also take 4 days holiday from your 35 allocation and you get 8 days off - DOUBLE your time.4/5
