Shane Company and their arrogant know-it-all employees are living in some alternate reality, when it comes to jewelery repair prices. No wonder Shane has filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy.

Shane Co has probably the best customer service I've ever experience. Yesterday my husband decided to add a band to my ring, so I searched online for the one I wanted. I don't regret working at the Shane Company, I learned a lot about leadership and management. Especially what bad management looks and acts like. Ultimately, I would recommend working at the Shane Company, however, I would recommend, if you do, remain vigilant and speak up, go to HR and tell them whats going on.
