If you are looking for a place to retire do not even think about Shea Homes at Encanterra. They have flooding issues, foundation issues,houses cracking inside from settling issues, sink holes and just plain old terrible business practices (taking kick backs from trade partners for customers having to have to use the trade partners if they want incentives that they promise.

Shea homes builds a nice property and this is no exception. The 2 bed 2 bath town house has a nice layout with an open floor plan. My problem with the complex is that on this unit there is only one car garage. The street parking in front on the place is sometimes tough to find a spot.3.5/5(26)
