Disappointing first time 4 days holidays with Shearings because of whole day uncomfortable bus journey in the oldest bus, not Shearings bus. Without any notice they have put us in rented bus from Ross travel, old small bus with small leg space area, uncomfortable seats, time traveling was an agony and not enjoyable journey to Oban and back.

However the evening meals on two recent trips are very poor in terms of quality and quantity. I don't expect anything special at these prices but reasonable portion sizes is not too much to ask. Shearings is penny pinching and try to fob off complaints.

Booked a Shearings Holiday at the Broadway Park Hotel IOW and paid £56 for an upgrade of room. On finding our room which was at the lowest point of the annex. It was obvious that no-one from the Shearings company had bothered to do their homework or visited this place before choosing it as a place of interest. It is an ideal place if you want to film a horror movie. The river Moselle is certainly worth cruising, but we will never go with Shearings again.

First time on an all inclusive 3 night stay at this hotel with Shearings,We only booked the day before of departure,had to pay extra £20 for front seats although they were still vacant.We paid extra £30 for a sea veiw,but had to walk into an hidden alcove to look out the window.1/5
