The Optimum card is a part of all Shoppers businesses & therefore should have universal rules & regulations. As a long time customer of Shoppers Drug Mart this makes me feel that this is a loophole that is put into place to make it harder not easier for your customers to accumulate their points. Shoppers drug mart at 1900 king street east has the worst unorganized pharmacy staff I have ever seen. They get every order wrong or when u call in an order it is never ready or the staff forgot. I know looks don’t matter but it would be nice to see someone who brushed their hair at least at this place.
