I am the original homeowner, the home has 32 silver line windows. The larger dining room window is fogged inside the glasses. The tag number is 21025706*2*1*2. 1 2. Other numbers on the tag 34 11/16 x 35 15/16 3A3D. It is a 9 grid panel. The top window is the one that is fogged. Can you help me with the warranty and replace the window?

While everything falls apart around them, it is possible a Silverline window will stand firm which is something I'm willing to pay for.

Sep 11, 2013 · What a nightmare I am going through by buying windows through “Silver Line by Andersen”. I will NOT recommend anyone to buy “Silver Line by Andersen” windows. It is better to go with different vendor. I have the WORST experience ever with Andersen and still waiting for phone call from Silver line or Window Rama.
