Silverscript uses CVS and CVS specialty pharmacies. Dealing with the CVS pharmacies is an exercise in futility. The customer service is non existent. May 08, 2017 · For 3 years I have Medicare Prescription Drug Coverage with SilverScript and receiving the same medications all this time. This month ( February, 2017) suddenly they denied payments, (without any notification at the time of plan renewal), for one of my drugs because "it is to expensive".
