Since from Month of December last year, I have began my figure collection and always imported them from Japan into Singapore by either Registered SAL or EMS which is "Speedpost" in Singapore due to the fact that the amount is not small.

On 16 Dec 2012, Item arrives singapore On 21 Dec 2012, their customer service emailed me, called me, promising item to be delivered by 6pm. On 21 Dec 2012, 5:30pm , item status changed to failed to deliver, I called immediately, and being told no one is at home, so they are not able to deliver.

So I spent one hour with the call centre, waited two hours for someone from Singapore to call. My parcel was found six hours later, and delivered three hours later. I would have delivered the item by myself and it wouldn't have take the entire day, not to say three days. No more Singpost Speedpost!!

Singpost made me rage today. ... Fucker already reached Singapore and attempted to deliver within 14hours. I heard UPS will arrive in SG and lepak at warehouse for days. i-parcel takes ages to clear customs and SingPost will always somehow manage to deliver at the worst timing.
