I wanted to complain SingTel for charging us of G Security Suite of $4.67 from year 2010 to 2015 under my wife SingTel account. We was blinded of paying it, didn't notice of this add on extra charges for past few year until today when we looking into our SIngTel bill details.

SingTel is highly NOT RECOMMENDED! Mobile contracted ended in September 2019. Prior to signing up, was informed that the refund will take maximum two months for it to be credited back to my credit card as that is the mode of payment.

Dec 12, 2011 · All calls to Bangladesh should be under V019 free call. 2 months ago singtel charged me normal rates when I called to US (NYC & Boston) and Bangladesh (Dhaka Mobile)..this is despite the fact that I had signed up for the V019 plan and pay SGD6 every month for this. When I called and asked her why calls to US & Bangladesh is not considered free.
