Dec 01, 2016 · I got my first taste of Singtel's state of support and now I understand why there have been so many complaints. Been with them a long time and was shock this time around. I work from home and have some important project work to finish and transmit by today. And this is not something I can put on disk and bring physically.

Singtel is having a on line promotion from 24-27 May 2018. It says $200 off all on phones. I have tried more than 10 times to login into Singtel.com on line website to do the purchase but to no avail as it was always stuck somewhere halfway which does not allow we to proceed.

@_sfab Idk if it's just me or other Singtel users are facing the same issues. Data connection has been very slow at the end of 2019 and hasn't been improving ever since. I'm not sure why I'm paying so much for such quality. Come on @Singtel, either get this right or I'm jumping ship.
