SkyAuction was Awesome!! My SkyAuction online bid went well! I read all the fine print and I won my 4 star vacation rental I wanted with no surprises (Aug 2019).. I did have a couple of questions and Customer Service agents helped answer them. Everything went smoothly for me! I even managed to get a free room upgrade! Thanks for that!

we just returned from a 2 week vacation from florida and purchased a vacation rental thru skyauction. wonderful resort i have been using them for almost 10 yrs now and never had a problem with them. money refunded if dates did not work out. read the fine prints. one person says that they over charged him once the funds were converted from us to canadian.3.3/5(4)

Dec 22, 2011 · Skyauction Twice did not deliver on an two different auctions. Recently, I won an auction allowing me to book a room for up to 7 nights in NYC anytime in 2012. I was again told that they did not have my chosen hotel but I can "request" one of 2 others. This company is a scam. I now understand their BBB (Better Business Bureau) C Rating.

So, how do they know that the reservation was made correctly or not. I had to pay for the first night myself. It is my personal opinion that skyauction is a rip-off and has the worst customer service I have ever seen. Take a look at complaints.com to see many other complaints about this company.

Dec 01, 2015 · SkyAuction keeps getting more and more complaints every day. Recently, I just stumbled upon Top 97 SkyAuction reviews or feedback about the auction travel site. They were even known for being fraud and a money-stealing company due to unknown and unrefunded charges. One consumer even lost $800 and was never contacted by SkyAuction.
