I would loke to lodge a complaint against a smrt crysler taxi SHC 4818X. I went into his taxi on september 22, 2015, 22:20 on Tanjong Pagar road. Although the sticker on his window indicated that he takes NETS payment, he insisted on cash payment only and refused to take me. He said the machine broke.

Recently, a member in our Facebook group – Complaint Singapore, posted about his encounter at RWS taxi stand.. According to him, he waited at the taxi stand queue, and was a family of 4 adults + 1 child, which is disallowed in normal sedan taxi by LTA (Land Transport Authority), as such, he rejected them, but was verbally abused by the family, until he took out his phone to take video. .
