Mar 19, 2012 · Has anything been distributed to the community recently regarding nuisance animals, especially barking dogs? I have to listen to the same 2-3 dogs barking just about every night from a house on Forest Pond near the pond. The owner clearly doesn't care because the dogs are allowed to bark for 30-45 minutes at a time, non-stop.

I was just visited at my home in Marysville WA about my neighbors complaint about my 2 dogs barking. I read the rules for Snohomish county and this apparently falls under the noise ordinence rules, which define 10PM to 7AM as quiet time. My dogs are never out at these hours nor do they stay outside for more than 10 minutes at a time.
