Sep 15, 2010 · I received a notice from South Bay Expressway in the mail for a "Delinquent Toll Evasion Violation." I knew from the moment I read it that it was a scam. I do not know where south bay is AND the license plate reported was not even the license plate of ANY of my vehicles.

Problem is I live in Camarillo CA and have not been to, or south of San Diego in over ten years. Also, on that date, I was at my sons soccer practice in Camarillo which is like 200 miles away.
