Trains dirty and shabby. Trains are very dirty and in shabby. Information on the trains and platforms is often incorrect. Often there are delays and cancellations. First class doesn't really exist. It consists of a few seats at the end of the standard carriages and there is a small piece of cloth on the headrest.
