Mar 08, 2015 · Similar question. Just got it set up, sending successfully via Mandrill, but want to make sure Bounce and Complaints are registering properly. Set up the 2 webhooks as in Fab's screenshot. Running tests on each of the webhooks in the Mandrill UI tells me it successfully posted test events. However, like Pellnore, it's not showing up in Sendy.

Bounces handling seems to be fine since I added [email protected] to "forward bounce notifications to this address" in mandrill. I think the only way is to setup webhooks and I'd like to know if there is any documentation for that ?

Apr 15, 2016 · The main advantage of webhooks is that they avoid having to setup a mailbox for this. Another advantage of webhooks is for managing spam complaints. It may sound silly, but someone might fill in a form on your website, do a typo in their gmail/yahoo email address, someone else receives it and clicks the "this is spam" button on their webmail.
