Dec 14, 2019 · They supposedly contacted Spectera, which sucks as a vision coverage company also, and Spectera is not willing to do anything either. To begin with, it was Spectera's fault for messing up (they said that they had a system "glitch" ) and putting that I had double coverage. No one wants to take the blame, and I'm stuck paying the bill.
