Nov 21, 2008 · VERY upsetting problem with my Katana LX!!!! I just got this phone and I was trying to get my pictures on my new nice off of it and on to my computer then it died! I've already replaced the phone once because I was trying to put photos on it and it died!

One sprint worker told me you can only charge your phone for 3 hours or the battery will not work if you charge it to long. Do you have time to send alarm clocks for your cell phone? If you don't then don't get a sprint phone. I have more complaints but I got other things I need to do now.

So, I get home....I call the SPRINT TOLL FREE CUSTOMER SERVICE NUMBER. I explain what I'm calling about. The defective ear piece on the Katana DLX. They tell me that I have to take the phone to the nearest Sprint Store or retail Sprint provider. I told them NO. I already did that and told them that I have to get the phone replaced through them.

Checked this morning and my AirRave is not working. Tried to call Sprint on my EVO and got dropped twice. My Nurses use the Sprint Phones as an On Call Phone for emergency calls from Home Health and Hospice patients. Have had numerous complaints of them not being able to contact anyone. Called Support and got the run around.

Sprint by far had the best plan for the price after the discount was enacted. Call your local store to get details because they give discounts to teachers and some other employers.
