Mar 15, 2014 · 5 years ago my husband and I purchased a home from Augusta Home Sales, dba SSK Communities and Whispering Oaks Mobile Home Community. When we signed the sales documents for our home, we were informed (never was told this prior to the deposit that we gave them that would have been non-refundable) had to remain in Whispering Oaks until we paid it off.
