We are not sure why but Stamps.com receives a lot of negative reviews. Despite what you may have read or heard, Stamps.com is not a scam. We know because we use Stamps.com to ship our packages.

I question Stamps.com's AA rating with the Better Business Bureau, even though Stamps.com has over 1,200 issued complaints. I question how many people don't bother to complain. It's time consuming. Compatibility a problem! I would give this review a 5 if I could find a new printer that is compatible with the Stamps.com envelope program. I am hand addressing envelopes until I can figure some way to force the printer and stamps.com program to work together and print envelopes.
