Sep 22, 2014 · Anyone have problem with Star Interstate Warranty ( Diamond). Purchased this and my Class A Motorhome. Step began to retract slowly then eventually would not go in without coaxing. The RV Dealer stated a Bushing Issue caused by some Pin eventually stripped threads and the step proceeded to get worse with use.

This company, is so imcompetent, that it took four faxes 7 phone calls and multiple emails, over 5 week period, and now it will take an additional 14 to 21 days to get our refund.

Feb 20, 2018 · EasyCare is a ripoff. Had them when we had our tt and they wouldn't pay for anything! Gave us a really hard time getting a prorated refund when we sold our trailer too. I'm on the fence about whether to buy an extended warranty on our 2016 Bay Star too. The Newmar 1 year warranty is up in 2 weeks and it makes me nervous.
