Why is this? Why did they change it. First Starbucks changes the stars rewards to put more money in their corporate-greed pocket. Now this? I have been going to Starbucks for many years. The only reason I go is because of the customer service. But now, it seems their is no customer service. And in my area their are tons of great expresso bars.
