Starbucks UK is the worst. Starbucks UK is the worst. In the US they allow you to buy a refill in tea for 50 cents. They refill the hotwater for free. If you are a regular they give you the refill. In the UK they want to charge a full price for a refill and they will not refill your hotwater. This is in Chiswell green store at least.
