I have a complaint to make against StarHub. We re-contract n upgrade our cable broadband to dual broadband (fibre n cable) during the COMEX 2015 (3 Sep) in SUNTEC. The vendor is supposed to visit my place and configured the broadband on 22 Sep from 6 - 8pm. However, nobody turned up and we waited till 630pm before calling the customer service.

Contacting Starhub through facebook messenger just got my issue 'expedited' without any resolution. The issue is still outstanding 30 hours after since my first complaint. And I still do not have a data connection. Let's just say that with the weekend coming on, I'm not optimistic.

it's quite a disappointment of Starhub's customer services. I called up Starhub 2 weeks ago to complaint about my high data roaming charges. The call agent told me that I need to go to Starhub counter personnally to resolve this issue as he cannot help over the phone. I went to Serangoon Nex customer service counter and log my case.
