Unfortunately this did not happen and for me, being a loyal customer of Starhub, I was left stranded with great disappointment and frustration. Seems to me, the team of Helpdesk staff do not bother to respond to customers even after repeated follow up emails. All I received for both my email postings were the standard electronic replies.

I chose to stick back to Starhub's SIM Only plan after multiple comparisons for a few reasons: - Roaming: I found out that the newer telcos charges a lot for roaming charges.
