Sep 27, 2010 · After online research, I still can't decide to use which power provider(To be honest, it's really deficit to choose). I found StarTex has low complaint on Powertochoose.org and has a plan for 6 months. 9.5cents/500kWh, 9.1cents/1000kWh, and 8.9cents/kWh. Does anyone have experience to use StarTex Power and it is a good deal? Please help.
