We have had nothing but problems with Steam Showers Inc.'s product, the Ariel steam shower. Over half of the shower's parts have had to be replaced within 2 years. Moreover, the actual steam unit died after only 3 years. Finally, the glass shower back wall shattered into a million pieces one day hours after its last use. Customer Service is a JOKE.

Jul 13, 2009 · The steam shower had many problems and after installing, it worked a few times. Under warranty, but no one would answer the phone. I emailed and still no responce. I even tried to email Masda bath in china to find out where to get parts but still no responce. More China junk!

I bought a free standing steam shower from Novak & Company (SteamShowers4Less)on 5/04/10. We finally received the shower the 1st week of July. On Aug 8th my husband was assembling the shower when one of the glass panels broke in his hands and shattered all over the bathroom and cut my husbands hands and arms.

steam shower review. this is the 3rd steam shower I have had (1st Insignia ona though) and after only two years the steamer no longer works. I was told it was because i had not had a water softener installed! my other steamers also had this option and worked well until I changed the units, on avarage 5 years.
