As i had been wanting planet zoo for 5 years i bought along with the arctic pack DLC only to try opening it 30 TIMES in every way, long story short i got scammed out of 46 dollars,and was also fled with pointless virus extension i didnt need for download in the procces of purchase, if you could fix this problem (steam) and give me a refund or try to figure out what is going on ...

Sent back and forth, and yes I understand you read flat organisation. Deal is, there is not such thing. They have a manager, they have md, they have hr.
