I did this in November and was told that there had not been enough complaints for them to do any investigations, but about 2 weeks ago a local news station did a story about Storesonline and also told them to file a complaint with the attorney general and low and behold a got a call back today! On Nov. 6, 2009 I attended a StoresOnline marketing session. I was given a Redemption Coupon for a MP3 Player since none were available at the meeting. There have certainly been a number of complaints about them and they apparently lost a consumer protection lawsuit in Australia resulting in refunds to their customers.

The owner, Ed Magedson, shakes down businesses by telling them he can post favorable investigations on ripoffreports and then they will then have to pay him monthly. If they refuse, he himself posts complaints against them and makes it out to be from disgruntled customers.
