Stubhub didn't sell you the tickets - an individual did and you can be sure that Stubhub will not be paying him/her and will also be debiting a penalty from their credit card. Jan 31, 2012 · When the buyer received the tickets, the buyer contacted stubhub and understandably had a question about Seats 1 and 3. Stubhub contacted me and I explained to them we had the entire block of seats and that they would be together. on 12/12 Stubhub put me on hold and called the buyer and agreed to accept the tickets.
