Jun 23, 2019 · One thing that I can tell UNSW students for sure -- if they make a complaint to the NSW Ombudsman, they are not likely to be a student much longer. It is basically suicide. That is not true at NSW's private universities. The Commonwealth Ombudsman actually investigates student complaints and often finds in favor of the student.
