Jul 16, 2019 · Here in Alabama there is a law against price gouging Propane. But Its only in effect in cases of Emergency. I have a tank rented from Suburban. I called the other day to check Propane Prices. Suburban wanted $ 3.96 a gallon. So I called a couple of others and got prices of $1.29 and $1.25 with a $29.00 delivery fee.
