As far I was concerned I had booked the holiday and that was the end of it but oh no, call from Sunmaster and holiday price increased by almost £200. I think it a disgusting service where a lot of time and effort is spent searching and finally booking your holiday for it to be non-existent. 3 hours of my life wasted.

Jan 16, 2013 · Has anyone ever used Sunmaster.co.uk for there holiday i have just been getting quotes on there for a weeks holiday late July 2012 and the prices are unrealisticly cheap for example .. 1 week all inclusive to club Maritim apartments in San Antonio bay Ibiza for 2 adults 1 child age 4 the whole price including hotel flights and transfers is £773 .

They were charged an additional £48.60. This seems a very dubious practice to me and I also found that the Advertising Standards Authority had instructed Sunmaster “…to hold evidence to substantiate the availability of their holidays at the advertised prices”. It would appear Sunmaster is not doing this.

Jan 21, 2014 · Don't Google 'Sunmaster Complaints' for a start!! Go back to Sunmaster and tell them you have established they lied and either provide the accommodation or refund you so you can book direct with your choice of accommodation. A Riad is not the same as an apartment block.
