When it came, I started to slide the peaces together, to assemble it, the peaces keep coming apart, I got them to stay barely, but it was very flimsy, afterwards.

Sep 07, 2007 · I have had the SunSetter Awning since 2000. I bought brand new and had the first problems 8 months after buying this product. The retractor springs broke first, and after negotiating with the CSM department, they decided to send the springs to me if I paid shipping.
