Supanet as a service provider isn’t too great as my router (which I have only had for roughly 5 months) is no longer working without any reason (is is not damaged) and it’s a pain having no WiFi and needing to wait a few days for a new one.

Dec 14, 2018 · After cancelling the broadband with Supanet there was 2 subsequent small monthly charges of £4.49 & £3.99 that I assumed was final charges and then cancelled the direct debit which then started accruing non-payment fees until finally Supanet themselves cancelled in November 2016.

Aug 27, 2014 · If payment is via Direct Debit and they take the cancellation fee without your permission, just call your bank and have the direct debit payment recalled and then go through the supanet complaints procedure and during that time they cannot bill you for that cancellation fee until the compliant is resolved.
