Swale Heating I would also ask why you have not had the courtesy to reply to my email below sent to you at 13:30:48 today? As very clearly relayed in my original communication I do not have a functioning heating system which is still under warranty with Swale Heating, I have young children in the house and we are all still freezing!

The plumbers within swale are good and all there to help one another. Cons. Some People in the office are rude and think they're the engineers and know exactly how much time it takes to do a job etc. Advice to Management. Sort the office staff out and our pay. For instance I do atleast 2 xtra jobs a day and don't even get a thank you.2/5
