Die to the extenuating circumstances, even Ofcom has intervened – they don’t generally get involved in complaints but they have instructed SSE to stop harassing me. Please, stay away from this dishonest, unethical company and if you do have dealing, record all calls.

The company say most complaints are resolved at this stage, but if not then there are set steps to follow laid out on their website as per Ofgem stipulations. I thought I saw something on the SWALEC website about the possibility of a face to face discussion if need be but customer services denies any such service (may be there was one once and the customer care pages haven't been properly updated). Cancelled my contract without informing me - They take quite a long time to come out for repairs, and often blame/pass the buck to the company they work with (Swale for plumbing and heating), but did what they were paid for.
